Tube manipulation
This can be undertaken on a variety of tube sizes up to 38mm on a selection of bend radii.
Welding
We can weld aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and brass. We also have a spotwelding facility.
Brazing
Done with the use of a gas fluxer to give the cleanest finish to the process. We can also do silver soldering.
Sheet metalwork
From one-offs to production runs, we can cut-punch and fold (up to 2m long) your component parts.
Fabrication
Light- to medium-weight welded fabrications, again from one-offs to production runs.
Finishing
All types of finishing - including powder-coating, plating and polishing - can be overseen by us to give a finished job.
